What the heck is UniFans?

We are a Canadian startup and most of us are in indie game development, cosplay, and novel writing communities. We began our journey on 2023 when our creator friends in China are getting banned left and right, now having to pay premium fees to just to serve their community. It dawned on us that creators, especially those outside the US, are paying substantial portions of their income in international fees as their fan base grows globally and becomes more diverse.

We are driven by the belief that we can develop a new creator platform to achieve creativity without border. Instead of solely depending on PayPal and Stripe, we aim to diversify and integrate payment processors to lower international transaction fees. Wise is one of the best processers that offers mid-market exchange rate and minimum processing fees. Crypto, while controversial, is one of the best options to avoid bank fees. While you still have to pay around 0.6% of gas fees, you avoid paying banks any processing fees and conversion exchange fee.
